Hi Everyone! Happy First Day of Spring to you! This recipe is similar to the hashbrown casserole recipe that my aunt makes quite often. I like the addition of pork chops and have some leftover chops from a few nights ago. Tonight I am going to cube them up and give this recipe a try. Have a great day and Enjoy!

Cheesy Pork Casserole

4-6 cubed pork chops
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 package shredded hash browns
2-16 oz. packages shredded sharp cheddar cheese
chopped onion to taste

Cook pork chops through.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl mix soups, sour cream and milk. Combine hash browns and pork chop cubes and add to the mixture along with onion and half the cheese. Mix well and place into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. cover with remaining cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until hash browns are cooked through.
