Hi Everyone and Happy Saturday to you all. Today we will be making a one dish pasta meal. Fettucine Alfredo is one of my favourite dishes. By adding the meat and vegetables directly to the pasta, prep time and cleanup are minimized and dinner can be ready in 15 minutes.

Creamy Fettuccine Broccoli and Beef

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ready in: 15 minutes
Serves: 6

1 package cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 package cooked refrigerator fettuccine
1 lb. sirloin steak
2 cups frozen broccoli, heated through
italian seasoning, to taste

Cook steak in frying pan then slice into bitesize strips and return to pan. Add broccoli to pan and heat through.

Combine one package of cream cheese, milk and parmesan cheese and add to pan. Stir until cream cheese is smooth and heated through.

Serve over cooked fettuccine. Sprinkle with italian seasoning.
