Hi Everyone! I'm sending this newsletter a little later than usual, blame it on technical difficulties. Anyways, I hope you are all having a wonderful Thursday. This morning we had the most beautiful snowfall and hopefully after school the boys will be able to make a snowman.

I found another comfort food recipe because it is supposed to get cold again this weekend. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green salad.

Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 pork chops
2 cans Golden Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh mushroom or 1 can drained, chopped mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon jarred minced garlic

In oil, brown pork chops in skillet over medium heat, about 10 minutes or until browned. Set chops aside. Pour off fat. Add soup, water, mushrooms and garlic to the pan. Heat to a boil. Return pork chops to pan.

Cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until pork chops are done, depending on the thickness of the chops.
