Hi Everyone and Happy Friday to you.

Quite often, packages of macaroni and cheese are on sale so we stock up. Here is one use for them using leftover ham cubes. Serve with steamed veggies or add leftover veggies to the bake and turn it into a one-dish meal. Enjoy!

Ham Bake

1 pkg. macaroni and cheese mix
1-1/2 cups cubed, cooked ham
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

1. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions, omit salting water. Stir ham, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and pepper and add to warm macaroni and cheese. Pour into casserole dish.

2. Mix bread crumbs, butter and parsley flakes and sprinkle over casserole.

3. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes or until heated through.

Serves 4.
