Hi Everyone and Happy Saturday to you.

Today's recipe is not a quick one but very low maintenance.

The cut of meat is most important. Make sure you are buying a chuck steak that has been cut very thick. Enjoy!

Easiest Pot Roast

4-5 lb. very thick beef chuck steak
1 onion, thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Slice the onion thinly and place in roasting pan. Place the steak over the onions and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cover tightly with foil and bake in a 275 degrees oven for 6 hours. Serves 8-10.
