March 16, 2007 Cream Cheese and Dill Cod

Hi Everyone! Happy Friday to you!! It's the last day of March Break for the kiddies. Here is a recipe that looks tasty. When I do get around to trying it, I would like to use the dill flavoured cream cheese and fresh lemon juice.

Cream Cheese and Dill Cod

8 pieces of fresh cod
1 block of cream cheese
Lemon juice and
Fresh dill

  1. Spray Pam cooking spray in an oven safe dish and place the cod in the dish and bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the dish from the oven and drain any excess liquid.
  3. Portion the block of cream cheese into 8 even pieces and place the cream cheese on the cod and lightly spread over the entire piece.
  4. Lightly sprinkle the cod with lemon juice and with the fresh chopped dill.
  5. Cook for another 8 - 10 minutes and remove from the oven.
Serve with rice, a package of stuffing and broccoli.
