Hi Everyone! Happy Friday to you.

Today's recipe sounds like it is filled with flavour. If you don't have teriyaki sauce on hand, feel free to substitute soya sauce. Enjoy!

Asian Grilled Chicken

1-3/4 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1. Mix broth, teriyaki sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and red pepper in glass dish.
2. Add chicken and turn to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr.
4. Remove chicken from marinade.
5. Broil chicken 15 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with marinade.
6. Heat remaining marinade to a boil and serve with chicken.
