Hi Everyone! Happy Wednesday, the weeke is nearly over. This recipe sounds so tasty and I'm sure while it's cooking, it would smell good, too.

Onion Swiss Steak

2 lbs of round steak, 3/4 inch thick
1 tsp. of salt
1/8 tsp. of pepper
1 pkg. of dry onion soup mix and
1 can (16oz) of tomatoes

  1. Cut the round steak into serving pieces then season with salt and pepper and place in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top and pour the tomatoes all over.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours (high 4 hours).

Makes 4 - 6 servings.

Serve with potatoes, carrots and broccoli. (wfd)
