As a person who LOVES lasagna and always has cooked meat mixture in the freezer, this recipe really caught my attention. Enjoy!

8 fresh rolls
1 pound ground beef
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded and divided Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded and divided Mozzarella cheese
Cut thin slices off tops of buns. Hollow out centers, leaving 1/4" thick shells; saving tops and insides for another use, (breadcrumbs come to mind).
In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, garlic and oregano. Cook 4-5 minutes or until heated through. Meanwhile, combine ricotta, Parmesan and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; mix well. Spoon meat sauce into buns; top with cheese mixture.
Place on a baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese melts.
