Hi Everyone! and happy Monday to you! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend with lots of food, family and fun.

Today's recipe is one that I haven't tried but I've had it in my database for a couple years...Time to pull it out and give it a try! Enjoy!

Ranch-Style Chicken

4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 package dry ranch-style dressing mix
12 soda crackers -- crushed
1/4 cup melted butter

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Cut the chicken into bite-size chunks.

Mix the dressing mix and the soda crackers together. Dip each piece of chicken in the butter, then coat with the cracker mixture. Put into a baking dish. After all the chicken is coated and in the dish, sprinkle the rest of the crumb mixture on top, then drizzle the remaining butter over it.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Serve with buttered noodles and a side salad.
