Hi Everyone and Happy Thursday to you! For the last 6 months or so, Thursday night has been pizza and wing night at our house. I started out deep-frying the wings then switched to baking them in the oven, usually in an Italian salad dressing marinade.

Today I'll be heading out to pick up our "pizza/wing stuff" and would really like to try this recipe on the barbecue, we've tried barbecuing them before but with the same marinade as the oven. I will put the ingredients on my grocery list and give this a try. Enjoy!

Garlic Glazed Wings

1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of orange juice
2-3 tsps. of fresh chopped/minced garlic (depending on taste) and
2 lbs. of fresh split chicken wings

  1. Combine the honey, juice, garlic and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Barbeque for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

Serve with tossed salad, veggies or other finger foods.
