Hi Everyone and Happy Tuesday to you. If you enjoy watching Food TV, there is a wonderful show on tonight called "Eat, Shrink and Be Merry". It is based on a cookbook written by 2 sisters, I bought it last year at the Good Food Festival at the International Center in Mississauga and met them...These women are completely hysterical! Tonight's challenge is an healthier way to make chicken wings.
Today I will share a recipe from Mom's cookbook. Next time we have ribs or chicken pieces I hope to try this recipe. I think this is the one my sister uses because I remember her saying that she uses brown sugar in her ribs. Enjoy!
