Hi Everyone! Happy Thursday to you! Today's recipe is one that has very few ingredients. I've tried recipes similar to this one a few times and it really does taste like Fried Chicken! Enjoy!

Unfried Fried Chicken

2 tablespoons butter
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts OR
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup coarsely crushed flakes of corn cereal

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter in edged cookie sheet and place cookie sheet in oven until butter melts.

Rinse chicken; pat dry. Dip chicken pieces into butter then roll in cornflakes until coated well. Place chicken pieces in butter on the cookie sheet.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes for breasts or 35 to 45 minutes for thighs, until tender and no juices are no longer pink. Use a thermometer to be sure.
