Hi Everyone and Happy Thursday to you.

I'm sure with the nice weather and Canadian long weekend coming up, many people will want to put their barbecue into action. We use ours year-round and hubby is the BBQ King in our house. I leave the "dirty work" to him...LOL! Here is a recipe that is bound to be a crowd pleaser! Serve with potato salad and Oregano Carrots for a complete meal. Enjoy!

Simply Grilled Pork Roast

2 lb. boneless pork roast
fresh cracked black pepper
3 tbsp. grainy mustard
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce

Place roast in a bowl or baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper then spread with mustard. Combine teriyaki and hot sauce together and pour over pork. Marinate at least l hour, turning once or twice.

Preheat grill to high. Place roast on grill and close cover on grill. Cook roast 20 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Be sure not to overcook, you want it to still be juicy.

Makes 4 servings.
