Hi Everyone and Happy Monday to you. These chops sound really yummy! Enjoy!

Asian Pork Chops

4 pork loin chops
3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup*
2 tsp. honey

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove fat from chops and place in ungreased 8x8 square baking dish. Mix teriyaki sauce, ketchup and honey and pour over pork.

Cover and bake 45 minutes or until chops are slightly pink when cut near the bone. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.

*For spicier version chili sauce and minced garlic for the ketchup.
