Noodle Spinach Casserole Hi Everyone and Happy Monday to you. I hope your Mother's Day was special...mine was GREAT! I felt like Queen Ruth for the day!

Today's recipe looks like one that would be great for a feeding a crowd. Enjoy!
1 lb. egg noodles
2 packages frozen, chopped spinach
1 lb. fresh, sliced mushrooms OR
1 can drained stems and pieces mushrooms
1/2 chopped onions
2-4 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Cook noodles and drain. Cook spinach and drain well. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Mix together all ingredients, except 2 tbsp. butter. Place in large greased casserole. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
Serves: 10 to 12
Recipe may be halved by omitting either can of soup.
Possible variations: Add 1 can tuna, or 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained. Substitute broccoli for spinach to make Noodle Broccoli Casserole.
