June 9, 2007 Chicken Caesar Wrap

Easy Tastebud Delights
6.09 Edition (June 9, 2007)
Quick and Easy Recipes
Less than 30 minutes

Hi Everyone and Happy Saturday to you! I am many editions behind but fear not, I will add recipes for the missed days!

To catch up, I will be using some of the recipes from Country 95.3's What's for Dinner? contest. I haven't tried any of them, BUT! will do my best to test and report a "review" to the group.

On Wednesday I had a chance to do some early "garage saling"! A lady on our street is quite active in the Cancer Walk, and for the 5 years we have lived at this location, she's had a garage sale with proceeds going to the Cancer Society.
Last year, she received $1500 from the garage sale alone, with all proceeds being donated straight to the Cancer Society.

Anyways, I got a pre-preview of one box of cookbooks and purchased all but 2 or 3 of the books she had in that pile...2 of the books I received were signed by the author, who specialized in diabetic recipes, (Marjorie Holland).
I was THRILLED!! Woohoo! I was informed that any cookbooks left over from the sale will have my name on them until I can see what is left over.

I love wraps and look forward to trying this recipe with cooked cubed chicken breast. Enjoy!

Chicken Caesar Wrap

1 head of romaine lettuce
Renee's Caesar dressing
Parmesan cheese
Caesar spiced croutons
Bacon bits
Cooked chicken fingers (cubed) or cooked chicken breasts (cubed)
Grated marble cheese and
10" wraps (soft)

  • Chop the romaine then add the rest of the ingredients except the tortillas.
  • Add Renee's dressing to taste then place the ingredients on half of the tortilla wraps keeping away from the edges.
  • Roll and stick with toothpicks then warm in the microwave for 35 seconds and serve with a side dish of your choice.
