Hi Everyone and Happy Thursday to you!

I love stuffing mix, it adds so much flavour to a meal. When you are pushed for time it also makes a great side dish along with vegetables and mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

Cheesy Mushroom Chicken with Stuffing

Boneless chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
1/2-1 can milk
1 package sliced Swiss cheese
1 package stuffing mix

Spread out boneless breasts in a casserole dish and cover with cheese slices and soup mixture then top with stuffing. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about one hour.
