Hi Everyone and Happy Saturday to you.

I must say that meatloaf recipes are near and dear to my heart. I love trying new ideas and my guys don't seem to tire of helping me test them out. I usually only use ground beef but I think the concept of combining the ground beef with sausage or ground pork would give the meatloaf alot of flavour. Enjoy!

Easy Meatloaf

1 lb. lean ground beef
6 Italian sausage links, crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 slightly beaten egg
1 cup oatmeal, pulsed in food processor
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
3. Shape 6 large meatballs and place into a 9"x13" baking pan
4. Bake for about 45 minutes, make sure that the meat is no longer pink. Test with meat thermometer, if in doubt
5. Serve with teriyaki veggies and/or mashed potatoes.
