Hi Everyone! I hope your Tuesday is going well.

Today's recipe is for Crockpot Chili. I've made this for parties and it's great because all you do is add the ingredients to the crockpot and forget about it until people are ready to eat. It stays hot and doesn't take up any space on the stove. Enjoy!

Crockpot Chili

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans, juice included
1 can stems and pieces mushrooms, drain off liquid
1 can diced tomatoes, juice included
splash worchestershire sauce
splash tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1. Brown ground beef with onions. When no pink remains in the meat, drain off the fat and transfer meat to crockpot.

2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and place setting to low.
