Hi Everyone and happy Tuesday to you.

Today's recipe sounds very tasty and I look forward to trying it.
Serve with rice, vegetables or side salad. Enjoy!

Lemon Chicken

4 whole chicken breasts
1/2 cup melted butter
salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 lemon, thinly sliced, leaving peel on.

Split chicken breasts and arrange in a 9"x13" buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Pour melted butter over chicken then arrange lemon slices on top of the chicken to cover all the pieces.

Cook uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
