Hi Everyone and Happy Sunday to you!

Quite often pork tenderloin is on sale. Here is a recipe I found and would like to try. It sounds really good. Enjoy!

Sukiyaki Pork Tenderloin

1 lb. pork tenderloin
1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. fresh cracked, black pepper
1 cup bottled suki-yaki sauce
worchestershire sauce, to taste
1 diced onion
1 tsp. salt

1. Put tenderloin, suki-yaki sauce, onion and garlic in large, zippy bag and let marinade for a least 4 hours.

2. Barbecue over direct medium heat until internal temperature is reached or firm to touch. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

3. Serve with baked potatoes, corn and broccoli.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
