Hi Everyone and Happy Saturday to you!

I've seen pictures of this recipe in different cookbooks and it looks really tasty! Enjoy!

Beef Taco Ring

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
7 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. water
1 egg white
2-8 oz. packages cresent rolls

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium heat. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning, cheese and water.

Unroll cresent rolls, separate into triangles, arrange in large circle on round pizza pan. Scoop mixture evenly over dough. Bring triangle up over filling and tuck under dough to form a ring. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, sliced olives.
