I received today's recipe from Country 95.3 What's for Dinner?

I've made Buttermilk Chicken before and usually add dill to mine. It is so delicious. Enjoy!

Buttermilk Chicken

Pack of Salsalitta thighs
Buttermilk
Bread crumbs and
2 eggs

  1. Put the thighs in a casserole dish and pour the buttermilk over them (enough to cover the top of them) and let them soak in there for 24 hours.
  2. Next day, pour the buttermilk off them (do not wash them you want some buttermilk remaining on them), grab your chicken, add some salt and pepper and put in the egg then the breadcrumbs.
  3. Put them back in your casserole dish side by side, then put them in the oven on 350 degrees for about 45 minutes then turn them ½ way in between.
