Italian Style Chicken BreastHi Everyone and happy Saturday to you! Thursday and Friday newsletters will come later today. I haven't spent much time online in the past couple of days.
Today's recipe is a secret to MANY of my marinades. If you are feeling like cutting out a few steps, just use the Italian salad dressing on its own but the worchestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and oregano add a bit more flavour to the chicken. You can also cook the chicken on the barbecue after it has marinaded and either baste it with the marinade or sprinkle with worchestershire sauce. We have had chicken wings marinaded in this combination for the past couple months, either in the oven or barbecue and they come out unbelievably juicy! Enjoy!!
