Hi Everyone and Happy Friday to you!

This recipe looks to be very low maintenance. It will cook itself while you are doing other things. Enjoy!

Tomato Pork Chops

4 bone-in, thick cut pork chops
1 cup flour
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp canola oil
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup French fried onions

Heat skillet with oil on medium-high heat. Coat pork chops in flour, place in skillet and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Brown chops on each side and turn heat down to medium-low.

Spoon tomato soup (straight from the can) over each chop. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes until no longer pink. Top each with French fried onions right before serving with macaroni and cheese or mashed potatoes with carrots and broccoli.
