Hi Everyone and Happy First day of May to you! I can't believe I have been creating the newsletter for 3 months now. I'd love to hear what you think of the recipes so far and any comments or suggestions you may have.

This dish sounds really delicious, I'm hoping to try it soon. I've bought canned clams before but have only used them in chowders and soups. Enjoy!

Spaghetti with Clams in Wine Sauce

1 can of clams
4 tbsps. of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of white wine
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of parsley chopped
1/2 pack of spaghetti and
Grated black pepper

  1. In a large frying pan add the oil and garlic and cook until it's golden brown.
  2. Add the clams, wine and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat and in the meanwhile cook the spaghetti.
  3. When the spaghetti is cooked drain it but leave a little bit of water so the spaghetti isn't not too dry and put it in a bowl.
  4. Pour the clams in the wine sauce and sprinkle with parsley and grate some parmesan cheese over it with some black pepper.
