Quick and Easy Recipes

Hi Everyone and Happy Monday to you!
Wow! 3 more school days left for Ryan. He informed me that they will be having a Playday today, class party tomorrow and bowling on Wednesday, then we get to find activities to keep both boys busy.
This recipe sounds really good. I've made a similar recipe with the precooked shrimp but haven't spent much time with the large uncooked shrimp. I think this recipe would go great with a grilled t-bone steak, bacon wrapped scallops and fettuccine. Enjoy!
Garlic Buttered Shrimp
1-1/4 lb. fresh or frozen large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
dash worchestershire sauce and tabasco sauce
Thaw shrimp if frozen. Melt butter with oil in large skillet. Add garlic and cook just until garlic starts to brown. Add worchestershire, tabasco and shrimp. Saute, shaking skillet and stirring, for about 3 minutes, or just until shrimp is pink and firm.
Serves 4.
