Hi Everyone and Happy Tuesday to you.

Cooking beef has always been a challenge for me. I found this recipe and think it is something even I can DO! and it really sounds good! (Just make sure you get the right cut of beef)! and Enjoy!

Parmesan Herbed Steaks

4 beef shoulder top blade steaks
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or oregano
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon fresh, cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt

1. Combine thyme or oregano, garlic and pepper; press evenly onto beef steaks.
2. Place steaks on grill over medium, indirect heat. Grill, covered, 10 to 14 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning once. During last 2 minutes of grilling, sprinkle with cheese. Season with salt, as desired.

Makes 4 servings.
