Garlic Pork Roast
3-1/2 pound boneless pork roast
fresh, cracked black pepper, to taste
1 medium sliced onion
3 peeled garlic cloves
1 cup water
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Trim excess fat from pork. Place onion and garlic cloves in crockpot. Place pork roast on onion and garlic, pour water over pork. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.
Notes: Serve sliced pork immediately. You can shred remaining pork and place in freezer container (with juices) for up to 4 months.
Shred and freeze leftovers for a quick and easy meal of sandwiches or shredded pork tacos.

Time to Cook: 8 hours
