Hi Everyone and Happy Tuesday to you!

Since I grew up in Northern Ontario, maple syrup has always had a place in my heart. Here is a recipe that I hope to try soon. Enjoy!

Maple Pork Chops

6 thick pork chops

Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
Place chops in a baking pan and cover with combination of:

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

Bake for 1 hour.
