Hi Everyone and welcome to the beginning of a new week. I hope your weekend was wonderful!Today's recipe is a good way to cook a pot roast. If you choose not to shred it, you can serve with carrots, potatoes and broccoli. Enjoy!
I talian Beef Crockpot Style
4 lb. pot roast of beef
3 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil
1 pkg. Good Seasons salad dressing
1 onion
Pour ingredients over beef and cook on low all day in a crock pot.
Shred beef and return to broth for 15 minutes. Serve on buns or over French bread.
