Easy Beef Stroganoff |
1 whole round steak or leftover roast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3 tbsp. margarine or butter 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 cup sour cream 1 beef bouillon cube 1 cup water Cut the meat into thin strips (against the grain). Saute the onion in the melted butter. Add the meat and cook over low heat for 15 - 30 minutes. Add the sour cream, water and bouillon then mix thoroughly. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or longer, until it's tender.
